Our team members manage the property during the ratification process at the courthouse, coordinate the eviction if necessary, price it and eventually sell it to a buyer. Our goal is to maximize the final sale price for our clients. Using our expertise, we make our recommendation to sell it in “AS IS” or repaired condition. In most cases, the cost of the repair is offset by a higher sales price. We have a network of contractors who are able to provide competitive bids and provide quality work on repairs. Our goal is to get the highest price for the property. Our team is actively involved in training and technological updates so our processes are streamlined and efficient. We are always prepared to meet and listen to our clients, to find the buyer or property that will best fit their needs, and to represent them in negotiations from contract to closing.
