My goal is for my clients to feel comfortable and confident with me as their REALTOR.” One of Maryland’s top real estate agents, Gladwin works with banks and asset management companies in all price brackets having homes on the market from $1,000 to over $2 million. 

Gladwin completed his undergraduate degree in General Business at Pace University, New York and his master’s degree in Finance at St John’s University, New York. 

After working for larger real estate companies in New York and Maryland,  in August 2004, Gladwin opened his own company, Maryland REO Realty with one assistant. Now Gladwin has a team of 9 people who handle the REO property from “cradle to grave”.

“I have extensive experience in REO business”. Gladwin feels he is qualified to help his clients gain a comfort level with the sale of REO properties. “It can be a daunting task-you never know when you will get a challenging property to sell” he says.
